Fin for Sales: Add your Content
Point Fin to the knowledge it needs to answer prospect questions during sales conversations.
When a prospect asks about pricing, features, or how you compare to a competitor, Fin needs somewhere to find the answer. The content you add is what Fin draws from during sales conversations, so it pays to think about what your prospects typically ask.
This lesson is part of the Fin for Sales course.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure the following are in place:
- Fin for Sales access: Go to Fin AI Agent → Sales to get started.

Next, we have content. This is where Fin draws from to answer questions during a conversation. So think about what a prospect might ask and what your sales team typically use to engage them. Explainer articles, blog posts, comparison pages, case studies, then add them in. If you've already set up content for this will automatically be available here. And if not, you can add content from the many sources we have and just make sure it's enabled for Fin for sales. You can also disable specific content you don't want Fin to use in sales conversations.
Think like your prospect
When choosing what content to add, start with the questions your sales team hears most often. Explainer articles, blog posts, comparison pages, and case studies all work well. If you’ve already set up content for Fin for Service, it will be available automatically. Just make sure it’s enabled for Fin for Sales, and disable anything that isn’t relevant to sales conversations.
