Before you go live, it's worth doing that proper end to end test like we talked about. So let's start with a highly qualified prospect. Try something like, hi. I'm head of sales at a five hundred person fintech company, and we're looking to handle inbound demos. Check to see is Finn picking up the right signals, collecting the right attributes, and routing the correct outcome. Then test a borderline case, something a little bit more vague, like, I run a small team and I'm just exploring. Observe if Finn is able to handle the ambiguity well and ask follow-up questions rather than jump into conclusions. And finally, test a disqualify scenario, a use case you don't properly support or a company that clearly doesn't fit your ICP. Does Finn disqualify them politely and leave a good impression? So as you go, check. Is the data being captured, are routing outcomes triggering correctly, and are workflow handoffs, if set up, behaving as expected? If anything feels off, go back to your playbook, guidance, or workflow and adjust. This is our last checkpoint before real prospects arrive.

Three scenarios to test

Before going live, run through these three test conversations and check the results:

Scenario What to try What to check
Highly qualified “Hi, I’m head of sales at a 500-person fintech company and we’re looking to handle inbound demos.” Is Fin picking up the right signals, collecting the right attributes, and routing to the correct outcome?
Borderline “I run a small team and I’m just exploring.” Does Fin handle the ambiguity well and ask follow-up questions rather than jump to conclusions?
Disqualify A use case you don’t support or a company that clearly doesn’t fit your ICP. Does Fin disqualify politely and leave a good impression?

For each test, verify that data is being captured, routing outcomes are triggering correctly, and workflow handoffs are behaving as expected. If anything feels off, go back to your playbook, guidance, or workflow and adjust. This is your last checkpoint before real prospects arrive.
